AirStroke Simple PLATFORM

AirStroke Simple - one-axis platform also called elevator or paint lift  - is a new machine from G-Lift, that performs up/down movement and mainly used in paint cabins with automated travel of parts.

This fully pneumatic paint lift allows for untroubled access to upper surfaces of large elements. The AirStroke Simple platformis an effective alternative to standard lifts in situations, where there is no need for displacement in 3 axes, or only lifting is required.

The compact design of the AirStroke Simple lift is one reason to use as a supplement to automated paint booths. This allows for more effective application of paint corrections, finishing work, or quality control.

AirStroke Simple is the one-axis variant of our standard G-Lift AirStroke platform and comes smaller and simpler shape, but of course with all the features of the latter, such as: safety, efficiency and comfort of work.

The Simple variant is also equipped in new, fully pneumatic safety systems:
- Secure Drive System – detects and prevents collisions,
- Emergency Cage Release – allows for lowering the basket during emergencies, or power outage.
 
Pneumatic control is a simple and reliable solution allowing safe use of platforms in hazardous areas (ATEX Zone 2 Cat. 3G).
